PRIOR TO ANY EVENT ALL PARTICPANTS MUST SIGN A STATEMENT/WAIVER STATING THAT ALL RULES HAVE BEEN READ AND UNDERSTOOD AND THAT ALL WALKERS WALK AT THEIR OWN RISK
Participant Rules for all walkers:
1. Being a responsible owner means that you follow all county and state animal related laws. Please make sure to have your county's registration & tags on your dog
2. NO Snap/Plastic collars, no retractable leashes and no leash longer 4 feet.( If using a Prong collar please ask us to assist you to make sure it is properly fitted, being used correctly & that that you have a back up collar and attachment)
3. Please keep a 5 foot space between all dogs at all times (This will be strictly enforced . We will have Patrol team spotters on hand to to help and address any concerns)
4. NO nose to nose meet ups and no rough house play allowed ( Friendly or not you never know how anothers dog's energy will affect yours and others. This is not a dog park actiivty no loose play allowed)
5. NO dogs in heat and NO Breeder solicitation allowed. All are welcome to walk as we appreciate responsible breeders but request that you be here for the breed and not for personal promotion.
6. Please bring water for your dog and yourself.
7. Please do not feed your dog at least 2 hours prior to the walk (walking promotes bowel activities)
8. Be courteous of others and clean up after your dog.
9. All walkers must sign in immediately upon arrival and obtain thier signed in sticker
10. NO ALCHOL, illegal substances or illegal activities
11. Please immediately contact one of the officers should you have any concerns or incidents of any type so that a report can be made.
ALL RULES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. ANYONE BEHAVING IN A CARELESS MANNER,OR IN MANNER THAT IS NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE BREED OR THE EVENT WILL BE ASKED TO IMMEDIATELY LEAVE.** *
