BRINGING THE APBT FANCIER  AND THE PET BULL OWNER TOGETHER TO MAKE THE PIT BULL COMMUNITY

ONE

  MFABTA and PBPP

Together as one , we can make a difference

   Pit Bulls Pounding The Pavement

(a division of Mid Florida American Pit Bull Terrier Assoc)

is a small non-profit organization made-up of volunteer Pit Bull owners, who are true

Advocates , Stewards  &  Guardians of the breed.

We are educators, enthusiasts and supporters.

Our Mission is to:

promote responsible ownership by providing correct and accurate information to owners and the pulic masses.

Our organization is highly educated  and has many years experience in  issues such as:

Breed Specific Legislation, Animal Cruelty , Irresponsible ownership, negative & incorrect media reporting along with breed misindentifcation

With the efforts of Mid Florida APBTA and Pit Bull Pounding the Pavement working together we have the community’s best interest and needs at heart.  From the dog fancier owning the high performance athletic pit bull who wants to experience the conformation dog show, weight pull competition or learn how to work and condition a breed of dogs that needs to work, to the to the family lickey-loo pet-bull whose loyalty cannot be matched…you will find Mid Florida APBTA and Pit Bulls Pounding the Pavement…..

TOGETHER AS ONE MAKING A DIFFERENCE

WE DO NOT SUPPORT ANY FORM OF

DOG FIGHTING

One of the characteristics you may see is dog on dog aggression. This does not mean we encourage that trait, and it does not mean a pit bull has gone bad,  is unbalanced

or is dangerous.
It simply means that it can be a natural characteristic.

We as an organization understands this. We practice safety. We do not discriminate against any pit bull who exhibit these natural trait. Our goal is to make their owners feel comfortable and sincerely welcomed
